AI Text Classifier is no longer available as of July 20th

AI Text Classifier, which is an OpenAI product, stopped working on July 20th of this year. It was designed to determine whether a given text had been generated using AI.

This is particularly important due to the widespread nature of texts created using AI, which are generally low quality and don’t help users. Google, it seems, has its own closed-access tool for detecting AI text.

Bing Search and Bing Chat now have dark mode

Microsoft has introduced a new display setting for Bing Search and Bing Chat. Dark mode will be introduced over the next few days; it isn’t currently available to all users.

Bing Chat will now also be available in both the Safari and Chrome browsers. Again, some users are yet to have access to the chat bot, but this is expected to change in the near future.
